Christine St. André, MHSA
Ms. St. André has more than thirty years of leadership experience in complex health care organizations. She held the CEO position at two large academic medical centers – the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics in Salt Lake City and the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. In both of these organizations, major accomplishments included early adoption of health information technology, introduction of a quality management strategy, and improving the overall financial position of the organization. These organizations also afforded the opportunity to gain experience with operating an integrated delivery system with a large faculty practice component as well as addressing the change management associated with organizational mergers. Immediately prior to CSI Solutions’ founding, Ms. St. André was the President and COO of Patient Infosystems, a public population health management company, and American CareSource, a company that manages ancillary benefits. Ms. St. André is actively engaged in CSI Solutions’ design and implementation of Patient-Centered Medical Home initiatives, leadership development, and readiness for payment reform and alternative payment strategies. Ms. St. André has particular expertise in strategic and financial planning and quality improvement strategies. She has led several of the company’s initiatives tying the business case to primary care transformation and supporting transformation to a health home/medical home model of care.
