Roger Chaufournier, MHSA
Mr. Chaufournier has a diverse experience base that includes serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO of a publicly traded population health management company as well as filling senior leadership positions in academic medical centers and a Medicaid health plan. Mr. Chaufournier also served for six years as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Mr. Chaufournier’s experience in hospital management, group practice administration, managed care and leadership of a for-profit public company brings a unique perspective on the health care system to CSI Solutions. At CSI he has led numerous local and national initiatives in organizational and health system improvement, strategic planning, and leadership development. Clients have ranged from small independent practices to payers to state and federal government agencies. Mr. Chaufournier is a frequent lecturer and keynote speaker for a variety of professional organizations and continues to serve on the faculties of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Christine St. André, MHSA
Ms. St. André has more than thirty years of leadership experience in complex health care organizations including holding CEO position at two large academic medical centers; her accomplishments there included early adoption of health information technology, implementation of a quality management strategy, successful integration of a faculty practice and orchestration of a financial turnaround. Immediately prior to CSI Solutions’ founding, Ms. St. André was the chief operating officer for a public population health management company and a sister company that manages ancillary benefits. Ms. St. André has been engaged in all aspects of the work of CSI Solutions and has particular expertise in strategic and financial planning, quality improvement strategies, tying the business case to practice care transformation and readiness for alternative payment models.

CSI Consultant Staff

Chris Augusty
Mr. Augusty is a CSI consultant who also serves as the company’s Finance Manager. Chris has a diversified background in over thirty years working in large corporate, non-profit, federal government and small business environments. Beyond the traditional management for the full range of transactional operations, Chris’ finance experience extends to financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and serving as the primary interface between outside audit/tax services. Chris also has a proven track record of being able to assimilate into and contribute to areas outside of the financial realm. These include technical assistance and project management on CSI initiatives related to telehealth optimization, measurement for improvement, and rapid-cycle improvement sprints.

Eliza Chaufournier
Ms. Chaufournier is an Associate Consultant at CSI Solutions, where her quality improvement and innovation skills have successfully supported client organizations in strengthening systems, improving outcomes, and designing practical, sustainable solutions to challenges they face. Eliza holds dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Statistics, providing a strong analytical foundation for her work. Additional training includes Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma certification. In her role at CSI, Eliza has led or supported all phases of contracted initiatives in diverse topic areas that include integration of arts and healthcare, addressing social drivers of health, policy standardization, telehealth, and leadership and governance. Work in these areas has included project planning, facilitation, implementation, and deliverable development. Deliverables that promote sustainability have been a key part of Eliza’s work and she has designed and developed tools, toolkits, and frameworks that organizations now use to guide planning, improvement, and decision-making. She is adept at creating resources that are both structured and accessible, helping teams move from ideas to action while building internal capacity along the way.

Kristin Davison
Ms. Davison is an Associate Consultant who brings a multidisciplinary background to her work at CSI. With education in psychology, nursing, and legal studies, she developed a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and systems thinking. Multiple years in hospital nursing and subsequent work as a para-legal professional now allow Kristin to bring together clinical insight, legal knowledge, and analytical thinking to add value to complex healthcare and organizational initiatives. She is able to bridge frontline realities with regulatory and operational perspectives, contributing a well-rounded and practical approach to her work. At CSI Kristin has led and supported numerous strategic and improvement initiatives with both local and national impact. Select topics have included total systems safety and patient falls prevention, organizational measurement strategy development, workplace violence prevention, and governance training.
